While the majority of Ethiopians live in extreme poverty, a part of the country is built for the enjoyment of its wealthy citizens, heavily influenced by the American model. ‘Ethiopia’s Dream’ attempts to reflect the social changes taking place in Ethiopia for a privileged few and to reveal the contradictions of a new society pursuing the 'American dream'.
